GENERAL RULES
1. Customer cannot cancel picks once they are submitted.
2. For over/under picks, game overtime is included in the final score (unless otherwise specified in the app or sport-specific rules).
3. For half-time line picks, overtime is included as a part of the second half (unless otherwise specified in the app or sport-specific rules).
4. All minimums, maximums, and payout odds are subject to change without prior written notice.
5. Regarding suspended games, protest games, or overturned decisions, Fliff follows Las Vegas gaming rules for picking purposes. Otherwise, Fliff does not recognize suspended games, protests and overturned decisions for prediction purposes.
6. All sporting events must be played on the scheduled date, unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed and/or rescheduled or there’s a change of venue, the event will automatically constitute ‘no action’, which means all virtual funds for that event will be refunded (unless sport-specific rules state otherwise). All parlays will be recalculated excluding that selection of the parlay (e.g. a 3-team parlay becomes a 2-team parlay). Individual tennis matches have no action if the match is not fully completed due to withdrawal/incapacity or disqualification. Note – This rule does not apply to Single Game Parlays (see General Rule #20).
7. All payouts are calculated on the odds in effect at the time of submitting the pick.
8. In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum Risk amount, any picks will be deemed ‘no action’, and all virtual funds will be credited or refunded accordingly. 'Obvious error' will be at the direction of Fliff, supported by differences in market odds at the time the pick was submitted.
9. In the event of a settlement error or in-game score or stat correction, all picks will be corrected to the proper outcome. These corrections may result in a change to customer virtual funds balances, up to 7 days after the completion of the event.
10. Dates and start time of events shown are for guidance purposes only. Picks will be accepted up to the advertised start time. For any reason a pick is inadvertently accepted after an event or match has started, the selection(s) affected will be made void.
11. Game scores and times of in-play events are shown for display purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy and recommend checking with other sources instead of using them to inform decisions on placing picks. Picks will not be voided or refunded due to discrepancies or inconsistencies in the score display.
12. All futures picks are accepted as All In, Run or Not Run, Entered or Not Entered. Stakes are lost on a future pick if a selection does not take part. In the event of a tie where 3 or more competitors are offered in one prediction option, the payout will be divided by the number of players/competitors tied.
13. Winners and losers are official after:
Soccer – 90 minutes of play – Overtime and/or Penalty shots are not included
Football – NCAA & NFL – 55 minutes of play
Basketball – NBA – 43 minutes of play
Basketball – NCAA – 35 minutes of play
Hockey – NHL – 55 minutes of play
All other sporting events – 55 minutes of play
14. Overtime, quarters or extra innings are counted in the final score when making predictions on totals, moneyline and point spread unless otherwise specified, and with the exception of soccer lines including a price for a draw.
15. On half time picks, overtime is included as part of the second half.
16. All period and quarter picks placed are for that specific period or quarter only. All overtime picks placed will be for the full overtime, regardless of how many overtimes.
17. Other sports: All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play time or time limit must be played to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for sports prediction purposes.
18. Straight pick is a single selection on a single event that carries a point spread, a total or a money line (or other market sides).
19. Parlay pick is a single prediction that links together two or more selections and is dependent on all of those selections winning together. In the event that one of these selections is a PUSH or NO ACTION, the Parlay will be settled at reduced odds based on the outcomes of the other selections (e.g. a 3-selection parlay becomes a 2-selection parlay).
20. Single Game Parlay is combination of selections within the same event. In the event that one of these selections is a PUSH or NO ACTION, the entire Single Game Parlay will result in a PUSH, regardless of whether the other selections win or lose.

4. SOCCER
a. 90 Minutes Play
- All match markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal. Picks on any match that finishes before the completion of 90 minutes play, unless otherwise stated, will be void; except for those picks the outcome of which has already been determined at the time the game finishes. The market must be fully determined for picks to stand, for example, First Player to Score or Time of the First Goal picks will stand provided a goal has been scored at the time the game finishes.
- The exceptions to this rule are in relation to friendly matches, where all match markets will be settled based on the actual result when the game finishes (excluding any extra-time), irrespective of whether the full 90 minutes is played, and Beach Soccer where markets are specifically settled on 36 minutes play only.
b. Extra-Time In-Play Markets
- Picks are settled on the official statistics for the extra-time period. Any goals, or corners or cards that were taken, or scored or shown during regulation time do not count.

- In the event of Extra-Time starting but not being completed, picks on any Extra-Time market, unless otherwise stated, will be void; except for those picks where the outcome of which has already been determined at the time the game finishes.
c. Matches Postponed, Brought Forward or Abandoned
- An unplayed or postponed match will be treated as a non-runner for settling purposes unless it is played within the same week (ending on Sunday) in which case the pick will stand unless cancelled by mutual consent.
- If a match is rescheduled from the weekend to a Monday night for the purpose of live TV coverage then all picks on that match will stand.
- Should any match be played prior to the date or kick-off time denoted then any such match may be included provided the pick is placed not later than the revised kick-off time.
- Any match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes play will be void except for those picks the outcome of which has already been determined at the time of abandonment. The market must be fully determined for picks to stand For example, first player to score or time of the first goal picks will stand provided a goal has been scored at the time of abandonment.
- The only exception to the above abandoned match rule, is for all South American club matches where Full-Time Result and Double Chance markets (both pre-game and In-Play) will be settled on the score at the time of the abandonment providing the relevant league allows the result to stand.
d. Matches not Played as Listed
- If a match venue is changed (other than to the away team’s ground) then picks already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed (e.g. match is played at the original away team’s ground) then picks placed based on the original listing will be void.
- We will endeavour to identify on our Website all matches played at a neutral venue. For matches played at a neutral venue (whether indicated on our site or not), picks will stand regardless of which team is listed as the home team.
